Quantum: smarter spend and contract management for Scotland's social landlords

Quantum is PfH Scotland’s spend and contract management platform, available free of charge to all PfH Scotland members. It is designed specifically for social housing organisations – housing associations, local authorities, ALEOs and registered social landlords – who need a clearer picture of their procurement activity and want to get more value from their contracts and supplier relationships.

Scotland’s Sustainable Procurement Duty, set out in the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014, requires contracting authorities to consider how their procure Sment activity can contribute to economic, social and environmental wellbeing.
