Lisa Lynch is a senior business leader with more than 30 years of experience across procurement, sales, and operational leadership, bringing commercial depth, strategic clarity, and a proven ability to build and scale high-performing organisations.
Currently Chief Operating Officer at Procurement for Housing, Lisa leads the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring members receive the support, tools, and expertise they need to manage their procurement effectively. She has been with the group for almost eleven years, joining as Business Support Director in 2015 before taking on broader strategic and operational responsibility at Managing Director level. Her tenure has spanned a period of significant growth and change, and she has been central to shaping the organisation into the trusted, member-focused partner it is today.
Before joining the group, Lisa held senior sales and business development roles across a range of sectors. As Sales and Marketing Director at CEL Group, she worked within a highly regulated financial services environment, helping to grow a business that managed over $400 million in transactions annually across 130 countries. Prior to that, she spent seven years as Head of Sales and Business Development at DeepStore, and began her career with a fourteen-year tenure at Hays plc, latterly Iron Mountain, where she developed a strong foundation in contract management and client relationships.
